If you become pregnant, you'll receive a grant of Maternal and Child Health Handbook (Boshi Kenko Techo) in health center. This handbook is an important one as a healthy record of mother and her child. (Health checkup, Vaccination)
Please use it as child's growth record.

Enforcement day	every Wednesday without public holiday
Time	9:30- (It begins all together in the group.)
Contents	A first pregnant woman (A time required about 1 hour and a half.) - The explanation * How to use Maternal and Child Health Handbook (Boshi Kenko Techo) * About how to spend time while you're pregnant. etc. - Individual consultation with the public health nurse * I have the person who becomes a father hear talk together, too, and I would like to ask you to meet birth of the new life. Please come by married couple if you're possible. A pregnant woman with the delivery experience (A time required about 30 minutes) - Individual consultation with the public health nurse
